My name is Lucas, and I’m the founder of The Worn Watch. My passion for watches began when I was eighteen and bought my first Rolex: an Air-King 5500. It wasn’t exactly what I’d had in mind, but it fit my budget — and something about the Rolex brand instantly drew me in. It felt special, like it had a story to tell.

A few years later, I bought my second Rolex — a Datejust 16233 — from a well-known dealer. I expected top quality, but the watch had a worn case, a short bracelet, and a dull bezel. That experience taught me an important lesson: trust is everything, and buying from the right source matters. That’s when I decided to do things differently. It’s why I started The Worn Watch.
